This rating is combined, this is not the first time eating at this truck, but the first time I did, I was in heaven!!! The first creamy bite is orgasmic! I find myself trolling the site to see when they are coming so I can save my calories for the perfectly sized scrumptious treats! If you see the truck, stop and get a cake and make your day!

Cheesecakes served by this truck are nothing short of fantastic. You can either get the single-serve size (which is a perfect amount) or a cheesecake dipped in chocolate (haven't tried it yet). A lot of the trucks serve the same basic stuff, which is why That Cheesecake Truck! is so terrific. Highly recommend it.

That Cheesecake Truck! is a DC food truck being spawned off from a retail store, named Sweetz Cheesecake, located in Gaithersburg, Md. They started serving on July 3, 2011 (at Eastern Market). They serve miniature cheesecakes with a solid 4-6 flavor base and different wild card flavors every week. 10% of all their proceeds will be going to local charities (with a different organization picked each month). Fans can vote on the charity of the month via the website.
