I really like that this truck offers lamb (hard to come by) and the flavor of the dishes was good. My one major issue is that everything was WAY too salty. Please consider dialing back a bit on the salt you use in all the dishes; the spinach was way over salted, as was the side of chickpeas and the lamb curry itself (tho the meat dish not as badly as the veggies). We can always add salt if need be. Otherwise this would have been 5 stars.

I think their Veggie platter is the best.

The last TWO times I've gotten food from here, the naan has not been cooked. They used to bake it right there on the truck. Now it's cold and a little raw in the middle. Also, the spinach was really not good. It tasted like Green Giant frozen cream spinach - no tomatoes or paneer or anything other than runny cream-like spinach. Yellow lentils were good, but had too big of a chunk of ginger in them (should be minced), which is unpleasant to bite into when you're not expecting it.

This food was very disappointing. The samosa was stale and the navratan korma was watery. The chickpeas were hard and the daal was at best average.

This is my absolute favorite truck out of the twenty or so I've tried. The chicken curry is restaurant quality, the kabobs are consistently very good (once a bit dry, but that was very unusual) and the samosas, made fresh on the truck, are among the best I've ever had (and I order them every time I eat Indian). Get there early for the samosas. You won't be disappointed.

What Did You Order?: Lamb Curry

This is, hands down, my favorite food truck. You get plenty of food and everything I've had there was fantastic. The Lamb Curry is my favorite, followed by the Chicken Curry, then the Butter Chicken, then the Chicken Tikka. See? It's really all very good.

The spinach has a serious kick to it, which I like. The chicken curry is probably the spiciest dish I've had of theirs. Since I'm at work, the lack of serious heat doesn't bother me, but if I were to go to their brick and mortar location, I'd hope they'd go spicier.

All in all, if you like Indian food, you really can't go wrong here.

What Did You Order?: Vegetable Platter

Reasonably good food for a food truck, spicy but not too hot, and pretty generous portions especially with the rice and bread included. It can be a heavy meal for lunch, so I usually eat half of it and save the rest for the next day. They were nice enough to substitute biriyani for basmati rice once at no charge, but it was a bit salty so next time I will stick to white rice.

The food is delicious - very flavorful. I've visioted this truck on numerous occassions and have not been disappointed. I'ev brought coworkers who love the food as well. The samosa platter is what I usually purchase. The sauces that come with the platter are outstanding! I would give 5 stars but this is the only thing I've tried.

What Did You Order?: Chicken Kabab Boneless (Mild)

The portion appears to be small, but once you start eating everything that goes with it, you find yourself full very fast.
I ordered mild, but if that's what I got, I would hate to get spicy.
Just be careful carrying your food back to work. The veggie curry leaked a little onto my shirt.
