I LOVE this food truck, it is th eonly food truck I will really ever eat from. They are friendly and always give great service.

I just wish they came to Union Station more frequently!

The service was A+...food was delicious...price was a bit high and the packaging could use some work. The corn on the cob was nice and the BBQ Sausage with the baguette was down right delicious! Wasn't a big fan of the honey mustard chicken but it was grilled perfectly. My only complaint is there were no grilled veggies. I would have loved to have some peppers on the skewer but overall it was a nice lunch and I am full but not stuffed. You definitely need a bag though if you are walking back to your desk because everything is wrapped in foil but the bread.

I ordered the Stix combo of 1 meat w/2 sides:

Steak - The marinade was ok and had not penetrated into the meat itself. The meat was decently tender - only a tad chewy. Also, I specifically asked for the meat to be well done because I am expecting, and the meat was very pink/almost red in the middle. This was very disappointing as I was already inside and couldn't go back to the truck to have the meat cooked more.

Corn - Delicious! It has some sort of garlic sauce on it and was quite tasty.

Potatoes w/Aoili Sauce - This is a generous helping of potatoes. The potatoes were just on the verge of being underdone, but well salted. Again, because I'm expecting I asked about raw eggs in the aoili sauce since it typically has a raw egg or mayo (which also has raw egg). The lady assisting me said "No" as though raw egg doesn't usually go in aoili. Needless to say, I didn't have any of the aoili.

Bread - I got a slice of baguette that was very soft and just ok on taste. It was nice to have this on the side.

Packaging - Very messy! My "cone" pooled brown juice at the bottom and started to leak, so when I put it down on my desk, the juice spilled all over my desk.

Service - Very friendly!

Their packaging could be much better (and I almost took off two stars for this)--you kind of feel like a weirdo walking around with a bouquet of kebabs, and it's difficult to bring back to your desk because the kebabs are a little messy when you unwrap them.

Taste and portion are great, though. The NY Strip was very tender with a nice teriyaki flavor that isn't too sweet or sticky. The wasabi sauce on the cucumber and tomato is nice as well.

I have seen the truck a few times before, but today I tried it for the first time and LOVED it! All of the food had great seasoning! The Chicken was fabulous and did not have chunks of fat hanging off of it; it was nice and lean, tender, and cooked. The wasabi sauce on the cucumber/tomato stick was the perfect complement, and the lightly spiced pineapple was sweet and provided an incredible burst of flavor to the meal! I am trying to stay low-carb, and Stix was one of the few trucks where I could get a flavorful, satisfying meal without having to resort to eating pita bread and/or rice. It is a little price-y, but worth it for me. The staff is super friendly, and they play great music while you wait. I hope to continue to see the Stix truck around!

Come to CAPITOL SOUTH!! I always have to hunt you guys down to get your delicious stix. The only reason they didn't get the fifth star is because they often run out of food and the steak is tough but other than that, their great! All of the food is so well seasoned!

I'm a first timer and very picky. I had many questions but all of them were answered knowledgeably. I ordered the $10 Stix Pak which consisted of shrimp and sausage skewer, roasted potatoes and cheesy bread. CAN I SAY IT WAS A PARTY IN MY MOUTH! I've scarfed down almost everything in under 10 minutes! I’m so content! I'll definitely be back again! If you haven’t tried STIX, try them SOON!

Best food truck and it isn't even close. The shrimp and chicken were so good. People there are so friendly. My only problem is they don't come to Navy Yard everyday!

I gave this truck one star because the customer service was very friendly; however, I won't be a returning customer and if I do, it won't be for the NY Strip. The meat was suppose to be sweet and spicy. I found that black pepper was the predominant spice; little to no salt; and, most importantly, no meat tenderizer. I almost ripped out a tooth trying to bite the meat from the skewer! I eventually pulled the meat from the skewer and did my best to consume it, but found that chewing that long and without flavor, spoiled my appetite. Sorry, I really wanted to like you guys.

They ALWAYS run out of food by 1:30 at the latest which I strongly dislike because my lunch break starts at 1 but I was pleased with the stix pack. When I got there, they only had shrimp left so I got shrimp, potatoes, and corn everything was pretty good but it was definitely cold and I think the food is a little over priced but other than that, the taste is pretty good. I wish they came to Capitol South Station more often. I think they've only been there like twice ever.
